Jurgen Klopp has firmly put Liverpool fans in their place for doubting Divock Origi after his performance against AC Milan.
The Reds beat the Italian giants 3-2 in an entertaining clash at Anfield to open their Champions League account for the season.
Liverpool have a tough group which also contains Porto and Atletico Madrid - who drew 0-0 in their match - and every point will be important.
It makes the win over Milan all that bit more vital and fans would have loved the drama after a real European battle at Anfield.
However, some were surprised to see Origi in the starting line-up after being ostracised at the start of the season.
The Belgian has had a tough time in recent weeks and was tipped by supporters to leave in the summer transfer window to make room for another attacker.
So there were murmurs of discontent when the 26-year-old started ahead of Sadio Mane but Klopp has shut them down.
Klopp told BT Sport: "[Divock] played a beautiful game. People forget how good he is, it's difficult to get into this team.
"In the summer transfer window we all thought there would be a proper offer for him, but obviously people don't watch football enough.
"He's a sensational striker and he did really well today.
"He's a great guy. He'll be seen as a legend when he leaves. He could have left in the summer but football is a crazy place and people forgot how good he is. We have to decide the positions. He did nothing wrong.

"It's difficult to get in this team sometimes, but I am really happy for him tonight."
Liverpool took the lead against AC Milan through a Trent Alexander-Arnold strike that was later given as an own goal by former Chelsea star Fikayo Tomori but Mohamed Salah had fluffed a chance to go ahead earlier when Mike Maignan saved his penalty.
The Italians did not falter, though, despite the home side's electric start and two quickfire goals at the end of the half through Ante Rebic and ex- Manchester City ace Brahim Diaz.
Salah did get his goal minutes after the second-half whistle blew before Jordan Henderson channelled his inner Steven Gerrard with a screamer from outside the box to give Liverpool the win.
As for Origi, he was the first substitution for the Reds after Klopp took him off for Mane after an hour.
Liverpool are pushing ahead with plans to find a new striker in January or the summer window next year and have identified Karim Adeyemi has an ideal target.
However, before making a move for the Germany international there must be some outgoings and Origi has been touted as one of those but finding a buyer has proved difficult.
