Jurgen Klopp's first name on Liverpool teamsheet confirmed after Reds training

Liverpool will be ready to welcome Alisson Becker back to their side at Fulham on Sunday after the Brazilian returned to training.

Speaking early on Friday afternoon, Jurgen Klopp had indicated that he would need to wait and see his goalkeeper in action at the club's new AXA Training Centre before he decided whether or not he would return at the weekend, having missed the last three games with a hamstring injury.

“Ali will train today, that’s what I’ve heard," said Klopp.

"I came in and came directly to the press [conference] so all the meetings are after that and yes, Ali will train and if he trains and all fine, then he can play,”

Alisson missed the Champions League clashes with Ajax and FC Midtjylland which sandwiched the 4-0 Anfield victory over Wolves in the Premier League, which he was also absent for, but he came through the session unscathed ahead of the trip to Craven Cottage.

Young goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher played in all three games Alisson missed, making his debuts in the two competitions and keeping two clean sheets in the Anfield matches.

Liverpool could be without defender Kostas Tsimikas and forward Diogo Jota for the trip to Craven Cottage, with Klopp confirming that both picked up knocks in Denmark.

However Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could return from a knee injury.

“We had a game two days ago and after the game we obviously had some niggles I would say, but [they] can be more, we have to see. The diagnoses are not finally done,” said Klopp.

“Kostas we have to see, Diogo we have to see - he got a knock as well.

"That’s it from the game, I think. Apart from that, Oxlade is in normal training. He has been doing parts of training now for a week or so, he is now in full training and we will see."
