Jurgen Klopp responds to Mohamed Salah fall out rumours with Real Madrid circling

Jurgen Klopp has insisted there has been absolutely NO falling out with Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah.

Two rumours, one from Spanish publication AS and another from French Telefoot, claimed that Klopp and Salah had fallen out in the Reds dressing room.

The bust-up, the reports went on to say, would lead to the Egyptian winger quitting Anfield and moving to Real Madrid this summer in a mega move.

Salah's agent Ramy Abbas Issa tweets: "Talking out of their AS again I see." to the initial claim from Spain, before Klopp gave his verdict after the free scoring star netted twice against Huddersfield on Friday night.

Jurgen Klopp runs out of superlatives for Naby Keita after Huddersfield display

Staring down the barrel of the cameras in his post-match interview, Klopp seemed to address Liverpool fans directly with his firm denial and warning about trusting social media.

“I always tell you don’t believe 3% of what you hear on social media,” said the Liverpool boss to the  BBC.

“I had no argument with Mo especially after the Chelsea game and Roberto Firmino is not out for the season.

“It’s kind of a small tear, and we will see. It’s Bobby Firmino so I would say he’ll be ready for Barcelona (in the Champions League semi-final at Camp Nou on Wednesday).

Liverpool provide Roberto Firmino injury update ahead of Barcelona clash

“It’s not 100%, it’s not too far away, but it’s Bobby Firmino and he’s a machine so we will see.

“We will take no risks, and it’s good we showed it can work without him.”

Klopp had special praise for Naby Keita after the Reds 5-0 win over the Terriers.

“He’s a complete midfielder," Klopp told Sky Sports after the match. "Today he showed his best game in all defensive situations, so difficult to deal with.

Jurgen Klopp reveals Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain moment that broke his heart on return

"He’s so quick in the short spaces, you can’t stop that. And I don’t know how many balls he blocked tonight.

“People were asking me about Naby Keita and we always thought we signed him for next year.

“He needed time to adapt but thank God he has done it this season.”
