Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has praised the work of his former team Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window.
The German side added much sought after forward Erling Haaland to their attack and he has already hit the ground running.
Former Red Emre Can was a late arrival having decided to move on from Juventus, the team he joined after he quit Liverpool.
Both players will look to assistant Dortmund as they target a first Bundesliga title since 2012 - a success led by Klopp.
Currently they are three points behind leaders Bayern Munich, but their former manager anticipates their new boys having a huge influence.

"I am happy for BVB and Emre Can. It's a win-win situation. Emre is just a perfect match for this club," Klopp told Bild.
"BVB got a top lad, a wonderful, versatile footballer with an outstanding attitude.
"I trust them to achieve a lot in the Ruckrunde (second half of the season) with Can and [Erling] Haaland."
Dortmund boss Lucien Favre has only started Haaland once with two of his three appearance coming from the bench but the teenager has still managed to score seven goals.

That will be difficult to take for those at Old Trafford who thought he was destined to team up with his compatriot Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and lead Manchester United's attack line, but it wasn't to be.
Can meanwhile will allow the Swiss manager to fill gaps in a range of positions given his versatility.
The German played across the midfield as well as at full-back during his time at Anfield.
Can could make his debut off the bench tonight at Dortmund travel to Werder Bremen in the third round of the cup.
