Jurgen Klopp has dismissed fears Roberto Firmino is out for the rest of the season.
And instead the Reds boss seems confident his striker will be fit for the Champions’ League next week.
Rumours swept around Liverpool this afternoon suggesting the Brazilian striker had a serious injury.
He wasn’t part of the match day squad which left the team hotel to travel to Anfield for tonight’s match against Huddersfield - and that sparked real hysteria amongst the Liverpool support.

Instead, he made clear his confidence Firmino will be ready to face Barcelona next week, by saying: "Yesterday after training he mentioned a little muscle issue.
“We assess it obviously. It’s not a big thing, enough to leave him out today, that’s all.”
Liverpool were boosted by the return of Alex Oxlade Chamberlain to the match day squad, with the midfielder named on the bench for the first time this season.
He has been out for a year with a serious knee ligament injury, but Klopp believes he is now ready to play a part in the vital final few games of the season.”
