Liverpool will be without Joel Matip, Naby Keita and Thiago Alcantara for Tuesday's visit from FC Midtjylland in the Champions League.
All three players sat out Saturday's 2-1 win against Sheffield United at Anfield and won't feature when the Reds entertain the Danes in their Group B clash.
Summer signing Thiago has been out since picking up an injury from a tackle by Richarlison in the 2-2 draw with Everton earlier this month.
The Brazil forward was given a straight red card for the challenge at the time, but Thiago was still able to complete the game before informing manager Jurgen Klopp of his problem.
Matip's first 90 minutes in over a year at Goodison Park ended with him later visiting a hospital for a scan and while the results showed no serious damage, the centre-back will still be sidelined for the visit from the Danish outfit.
It means Fabinho will continue at centre-back alongside Joe Gomez as Liverpool continue to get adjusted to Virgil van Dijk's long-term absence.

Keita hasn't made a matchday squad since the 7-2 defeat to Aston Villa earlier this month, but did train ahead of the game at Ajax last week.
However, the former RB Leipzig midfielder will sit out the game on Tuesday as the Reds aim to make it back-to-back wins in Group B.
Asked about the chances of all three players featuring at Anfield, Klopp said: "I don't think so.
"It is still what I said last week, we take it day by day but it still looks like they will need a few more days, so for tomorrow night, they will probably not be ready.
Liverpool will also be without Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Kostas Tsimikas for the game against Brian Priske's side.
