Jurgen Klopp has delivered an injury boost to Liverpool ahead of a week of important fixtures for the club.
The Reds face bitter rivals Manchester United on Sunday, before a trip to Genk in the Champions League in midweek and a home fixture against Spurs next weekend.
Klopp's side have had a number of injury worries in recent weeks, but there is some positive news for them, with a key trio close to a return.
The German coach revealed that goalkeeper Alisson, who has been out since the first game of the season, is closing in on a return.
Meanwhile, Joel Matip and Mohamed Salah are also said to be "looking better" ahead of the clash with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side this week.
Should they be unable to make the match against Man United, a further week of training should see them back in time to face Mauricio Pochettino's Spurs side next weekend.
Klopp told reporters: "Ali, Joel and Mo are looking better. How good? We will have to see.
"[There are] two more sessions to come, then we have to make decisions.
"Nothing [is] fixed yet."
Liverpool have made an imperious start to the season under Klopp, winning all eight of the Premier League games, scoring 20 goals and conceding just six.
