Jurgen Klopp claims his concerns about the Premier League's hectic schedule are falling on deaf ears among top-flight chiefs in a fresh complaint over the burden on his players.
The Liverpool boss has been a vocal critic of the jam-packed calendar and has already seen numerous first-team stars succumb to injury.
In particular, Klopp has lamented his side having to play on Wednesday night in the Champions League and in the lunchtime Premier League game on Saturday.
They will have to do so this week as the Reds travel to Brighton less than 72 hours after their 2-0 defeat to Atalanta.
The German has also called for the re-introduction of the five substitutions rule which was in force after Project Restart.
But the Premier League has so far refused to follow other top European divisions by making the change, despite the newly-released festive schedule appearing to be as frantic as ever.
And Klopp admits he has "given up" calling for more recovery and preparation time between matches, as his cries are being ignored.

"My thoughts about this are clear. It's not the time to think about it now. I have to prepare for it," Klopp said.
"[It] Looks like until end of year it is only us [playing Wednesday and Saturday]. Whatever I say doesn't help, so I stop talking. It's just a waste of time.
"The last thing I want is to create a headline but you say I've given up. I speak in a general way. A general problem.
"In this moment we play in 25 hours and I have to prepare a team. Wednesday, Saturday 12:30, you have to ask other people why they do that. I don't have the answer."
Victory or a draw at 16th-place Brighton will see Liverpool go top of the Premier League before leaders Tottenham travel to Chelsea on Sunday.
