If you go down to the woods of Jupiter Artland tonight, you're sure for a big surprise.
During lockdown, many of us got used to dining outdoors but top Edinburgh chef Barry Bryson is taking it to another level in the most beautiful of settings.
Stashed in the shaded and candlelit woodlands of Jupiter Artland, Bryson has been bringing the site alive after-hours with a series of wild dining events.
Set on one long table, the six-course intimate dining experience has even had to add extra dates demand for tickets has been so high - and it's easy to see why.
The dishes are garnished and presented with wild edibles largely from the grounds of Jupiter Artland - food really doesn't get fresher than this. Teamed with the fact that Barry won Scotland’s Events Chef of Year in May you can guarantee that you're in for an evening of top quality dining.
Dishes include parsley, apple and lovage soup; ham, wood-sorrel and crowdie dumplings with dandelion; barbecued turbot with nettle salsa verde and wild salad.
Tickets are priced at £55 per person and are available on a first come, first served basis here.
