Junior Andre gives snap shot of family trip to Australia to reunite with relatives

Junior Andre has shared shots of sun soaked shores as he jetted to see his Aussie relatives with his famous father.

Junior, 16, who is soon to launch his own music career, has flown off to Oz with his pop star dad Pete, for an emotional reunion with family after a tough two years apart.

The son of the Mysterious Girl singer shared with followers the sun soaked scene as he enjoyed time relaxing and reconnecting with relatives.

Sharing a beach view to Instagram, Junior shared footage of the golden sanded beach and clear blue sky as people could be seen enjoying the calming waves in the sea.

Boasting to followers back home he posted the soaring temperature and the time with a caption of ''28 degrees'' shortly before midday.

But it's not just the beach life that Junior is keen to explore as the teen shared shots of a extravagant illuminated venue complete with pink and orange trees.

And while Junior was hitting the beach, Pete's poured out his heart on his own Instagram as he shared with fans his joy at being reunited with his dear mum at long last.

He penned: "These last few days with my mum have been the greatest days in many many years. I can’t begin to express how I feel to be with her. I’m happy now."

Peter, has previously opened up about the struggles of being separated from his parents - particularly his mother Thea, 85, whose health has 'deteriorated' - ever since the pandemic struck in March 2020.

And after waiting patiently the pair were reunited after a tough 24 months.

Followers of the TV personality had nothing but praise for the former pop star and his journey back to his family.

Native Australian Dannii Minogue posted: "Welcome back home."

Other followers also opened up about their own difficulties getting down under again.

Meanwhile, it's been a busy time for Junior, who attends drama college and is about to follow in his father's footsteps in the music business.

The 16-year-old has been teasing the release of his new music after signing a recording contract with Columbia Records last year.

Although Peter is incredibly proud of his son and his work, he is still worried about how things will go for him.
