Rangers have 'reignited' their interest in Huddersfield midfielder Juninho Bacuna, according to a report.
The Ibrox side have reportedly gone back in for the Curacao international after crashing out of the Champions League with Rangers looking to strengthen their midfield.
Bacuna was born in Holland but plays for Curacao and the 24-year-old has less than a year left on his deal at the Terriers.
And the Scottish Sun say Rangers have been monitoring the playmaker and want to bring him to Glasgow.
It’s believed Ross Wilson has been keeping a close eye on his former club, having spent three years at the club.
And he’s developed an interest in Bacuna and a dossier has reportedly been compiled on the midfielder.
Steven Gerrard has made just three signings this summer with Nnamdi Ofoborh joined by John Lundstram and Fashion Sakala.
But the Ibrox fanbase feel they need more signings to strengthen their starting XI ahead of their bid to retain the Premiership title.
The club suffered a blow by being knocked out of the Champions League and they also had their first league defeat in more than 16 months against Dundee United.
But now they're aiming to reach the Europa League for the fourth season in a row under Gerrard, and take on Alashkert on Thursday night.
