Jungle King Harry Redknapp issues stark warning to Ian Wright before I'm A Celeb

King of the Jungle Harry Redknapp has warned pal Ian Wright to keep his cool in the I’m A Celebrity camp.

Harry, 72, who won the show last year, was asked what tips he would give pundit Ian, 56.

He said: “I’d tell him ‘Keep calm, Wrighty’. He’s got a short fuse. I played golf with him the other day and he threw a bit of a wobbler with another player.

“You have to bite your tongue in the camp. It’s hard.

“You can get tetchy as there’s nothing to do. It gets boring.

“You can get on each other’s nerves. If anyone gets on Wrighty’s nerves, he’ll tell ’em.”

Harry fears what might happen if Ian gets on the wrong side of 34-year-old rugby union hero James Haskell, .

Ex-footie boss Harry said: “Wrighty needs to keep quiet with him. He’s a tough guy.”

Speaking at the University of Gloucestershire, Harry revealed that he met James a few weeks ago. He said: “He’s a nice guy, but I wouldn’t want to get in a row with him. His arms are bigger than my legs.”

Harry is now looking forward to fronting a chat show for Sky alongside his son Jamie and comedian Tom Davis.

They have done a pilot with Mel B and the actor Stephen Graham as guests. Harry said: “I thought it was amazing.”
