June bank holiday 2022: Things to do in Dublin this weekend

The June bank holiday weekend is shaping up to be one full of fun and good times. In terms of things to do in Dublin this bank holiday weekend, we will hopefully be blessed with the sunshine, opening up a host of opportunities to enjoy great events and time with good pals.

From vintage sales to festival after parties to pop up fitness activities, there is guaranteed to be something to do in Dublin this weekend to suit your tastes.

Tola Vinatge Kilo Sale

Taking place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dublin 8 this Sunday, June 5 from 10am, the Tola Vintage Kilo Sale is set to bring fashion lovers serious bargains and style.

Entrance costs €2 and clothing prices start at just €2 as well. It costs €20 for every kilo of clothes which could consist of, for example, three dresses, three shirts and a jacket.

Forbidden Fruit after party

Forbidden Fruit festival takes place on the grounds of Royal Hospital Kilmainham this June bank holiday weekend. If you didn't manage to nab tickets, there is plenty of action going on around the place after the festival ends on Saturday and Sunday.

One of the after parties taking place is Krystal Klear & Absolute in Pyg, which sees tunes pumped late into the night.

Bloom

Bloom Festival is set to brighten up Dublin's Phoenix Park as the festival returns on the June bank holiday weekend.

There will be 19 show gardens as well as talks, and events around environmentally friendly gardening. Plus the Food Village will feature over 90 vendors.

Adult tickets for Bloom 2022 are priced at €25 and concession tickets are priced at €22 and are available through ticketmaster.ie.

Juicy Bank Holiday Sunday Hot Summer Party At The Well

This Sunday, June 5 sees The Well come alive with RnB, hip hop, Latin and house music as the Juicy Bank Holiday Sunday Hot Summer Party takes place.

There are VIP tables and bottle service available and there are plenty of DJs ready to blast great bops to ensure you dance the night away.

Fit Yard Rathmines

A special fitness and coffee pop up event takes place in Rathmines every Saturday, bringing locals special activities and classes led by some of the country's leading instructors in association with Bold & Brass Coffee.

Tickets cost €15 and are available here.

National Gallery of Ireland Family Workshop

The National Gallery of Ireland at Merrion Square is hosting a free creative workshop for children of all ages this Sunday, June 5 from 11am.

While it is free to attend, families will need to book in advance.
