Julius Randle was livid after a weird travel call ended Knicks’ comeback against Nets

The Knicks matchup against the Nets, or the battle of the boroughs, was absolutely fantastic on Monday night.

For the first time in a long time, it felt like there was legitimate hype leading up to a Nets vs. Knicks game. And this time, the game actually lived up to it.  It was exciting all the way through and just filled with spectacular performances across the board in the Nets’ 117-112 win.

That’s why it’s such a shame that the end was sullied by a controversial no-call by the referees.

With the game on the line, Julius Randle was getting ready to shoot a 3-pointer with a chance to tie things up when Kyrie Irving blocked his shot.

Scott Foster called a travel and that’s when everything just fell to pieces.
