Juliana Hatfield is ready to alt-rock you, again

Nineties alt-rocker Juliana Hatfield is back livestreaming with her old band under the name The Juliana Hatfield Three on Oct 21 at 5am Bangkok time on Q Division's YouTube channel.

"My first full-band livestream show will be happening and I will play electric guitar and sing. Chris Anzalone will play the drums, and Mike Oram will play bass and sing some harmonies. This is the line-up that was set to go on the road before we had to pull out of the tour with Soul Asylum and Local H. We are all fine [thanks for asking!] and we will be playing an assortment of songs chosen from the buffet of my vast, decades-spanning repertoire," said Hatfield on her official website.

"This livestreaming concert is not a ticketed event and there is no charge to watch or listen to the show on Q Division's YouTube channel but donations are much appreciated and they help, hugely, to keep this music train on its otherwise non-subsidised tracks."

Hatfield shot to stardom during the late 80s and early 90s as part of college rock group Blake Babies. She also fronted her own band, The Juliana Hatfield Three, along with bassist Dean Fisher and drummer Todd Philips, which was active in the mid-90s and again in the mid-2010s.

It was with The Juliana Hatfield Three that she produced her best-charting work, including the critically acclaimed albums Become What You Are (1993) and Whatever, My Love (2015) which include the hit singles My Sister (1993) and Spin The Bottle (1994), with the latter track used in the soundtrack of the Hollywood Gen X film Reality Bites (1994).
