Amid the George Floyd protests across the nation, Killer Mike seems to have moved New England Patriots receiver Julian Edelman. On Friday night, Killer Mike addressed the city of Atlanta during a press conference with the city’s mayor, police chief and rap star T.I.
Killer Mike, an activist and rapper, delivered powerful and emotional speech to protestors in Atlanta, and pleaded “it is not time to burn down your own home” but instead asked protestors to “plot, plan, organize, strategize and mobilize in an effective way.” He pleaded with protestors, who are fighting against racial injustice after the death of Floyd in police custody.
And apparently, Edelman felt it was time his followers should “stop what you’re doing and listen to this.” So… here it is.
