Julian Edelman trolls Jets fan heckling Odell Beckham, Saquon Barkley at Met Gala

New England Patriots receiver Julian Edelman couldn’t simply stand and listen while trash talk rained down for Odell Beckham Jr.

While NFL stars Edelman, Beckham and Saquon Barkley left the 2019 Met Gala on Monday night, a group of fans began heckling. One yelled at Beckham: “Hey Odell, the Giants fans are inept.” Clearly spotting Barkley, the Giants’ starting running back, the fan quickly added: “Oh Saquon, sorry buddy. Jets fan.”

Edelman responded: “I’m a Jets fan too. Every time we play them, we win.”

Oof.
