Sometimes, good friends aren’t nice friends.
Julian Edelman provided a heat check on Instagram after Danny Amendola posted repeatedly about his ex-girlfriend, Olivia Culpo. Amendola posted a rant one Instagram about Cuplo, who had been dating Amendola on and off for years. The post didn’t reflect well upon either person, with Amendola criticizing Culpo — and looking silly in the process.
But then Amendola posted another cringeworthy piece of social media on Sunday. He wrote: “Fake people have an image to maintain. The real ones jus don’t care.” It was likely another reference to (and criticism of) Culpo.
That’s when Edelman stepped up with a comment: “Get off Instagram please.” Edelman, however, deleted the comment.
Edelman may have been harsh, but he clearly had his friend Amendola’s best interests at heart.
