Julian Edelman admits he’s a big fan of Antonio Brown’s Instagram

Antonio Brown has posted on Instagram six times since the New England Patriots acquired him as a free-agent on Saturday evening.

He has a fan in now fellow teammate and receiver Julian Edelman.

“I mean, he throws out some pretty good stuff,” Edelman said following the Patriots 33-3 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night. “I always double-tap and like.”

There will be a lot more to like where that came from, as well. Brown will join the Patriots on Monday, giving the team a game-breaking playmaker after they already went for 373 yards passing against the Steelers.

The Patriots had seven different players catch passes while trotting out a three-receiver set of Josh Gordon (three catches, 73 yards, TD), Phillip Dorsett (four catches, 95 yards, two TDs) and Edelman (six receptions, 83 yards).

Brown, a four-time All-Pro, brings that group to the next level. Edelman knows it.

“It could be really good,” Edelman said. “Any time you bring in really good players, the more you have, the better the unit could be.

“He’s an explosive player and we’re happy to have him,” Edelman added.
