Julian Brandt loan deal, Emi Buendia update and Arsenal's next transfer mission revealed

Arsenal's first home Premier League game of 2021 is upon us.

The Gunners welcome Crystal Palace to the Emirates Stadium tonight as they look to continue their recent upturn in form that has seen them beat Chelsea, Brighton, West Brom, and Newcastle United over the past couple of weeks.

Whilst the latter was in the FA Cup, the rest have been in the league which has resulted in Arsenal climbing up the table and away from the relegation places.

With West Ham United not in action this midweek, the Gunners will move into the top half of the table with a victory by a two-goal margin against Palace and also move level on points with Chelsea.

It's shaping up to be an interesting second half of the season for the north London outfit, one which the club will hope ends with a return to the Champions League.

At present, the Arsenal squad are preparing for the London Derby, but there's plenty happening behind the scenes.

So who better than football.london's Arsenal pairing of Chris Wheatley and Kaya Kaynak to give their thoughts on some of the big talking points at the Emirates Stadium right now?

With the January transfer window now being open and talk surrounding Mesut Ozil's future, we thought it would be a good idea to get Arsenal fans involved and hear all your questions for Chris and Kaya to answer in a Facebook Q&A on Wednesday.

You can watch the entire Q&A in the video at the top of this story.
