Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown took to Twitter on Sunday and in the process of a ramble took a serious shot at Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster. This was grossly hypocritical coming from a guy who made such an issue of him being called out but thankfully Smith-Schuster didn’t let it sit and he handled it exactly right.
All I ever did was show that man love and respect from the moment I got to the league. I was genuinely happy for him too when he got traded to Oakland w/ a big contract, and now he takes shots at me on social media?
Brown has to know when he takes to social media, there will be droves of Steelers’ fans who come out to call out his behavior. Eventually, the season will get here and you can bet every move Brown makes will fall under heavy scrutiny from the fanbase. Smith-Schuster has been nothing by an ambassador for the team and a diligent worker. His future with this franchise is bright and thankfully he didn’t take this slight by Brown without responding.
