AN activist group has launched a virtual advent calendar to highlight the movement's reaction to the Supreme Court verdict.
TimeforScotland, which led the Supreme Court reaction rallies, have launched the calendar alongside the message: “Independence: It’s Up To Us.”
Each day from December 1 until Christmas Day, TimeforScotland will post a 20-second highlight from the 15 rallies across Scotland and Europe.
The 24 clips, produced by Stewart Kerr Brown of Yes West Lothian, were inspired by “a magical moment at the Holyrood rally” when Saor Alba pipers started playing Jingle Bells.
A 5-minute highlights film, produced by Charlie Stuart, will follow this weekend.

The first video features a segment of Nicola Sturgeon’s speech made to the crowd at Holyrood.
The remaining videos will feature moments from speakers, pipers, and the international rallies held in Brussels, Berlin, Rome, Paris and Munich.
TimeforScotland co-organiser Lesley Riddoch said: “The advent calendar idea was inspired by a magical moment at the Holyrood rally when our pipers struck up jingle bells, just for the craic.
“Not what you'd expect from a seriously traditional set of pipers or what you'd expect from a very serious independence rally. But despite all the problems we face this winter - or because of them - we need to celebrate the camaraderie and international solidarity that lit up Supreme Court Judgement Day.”
