Judgement Day kick-off times for Cardiff Blues vs Ospreys and Dragons vs Scarlets, TV channel and stream details

Judgement Day 2019 gets under way on Saturday for the seventh instalment of the bumper Welsh rugby event.

More than 60,000 supporters are expected for the event as Wales' four regions face each other in two back-to-back games at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

Here's everything you need to know about Judgement Day 2019.

What are the kick-off times?

The first match of the day is Dragons vs Scarlets , kicking off at 3pm.

That's followed by Cardiff Blues vs Ospreys at 5.15pm.

Stadium gates open at 1.30pm.

Is it on TV?

Both games will be shown live on Premier Sports, with coverage beginning at 2pm.

Cardiff Blues vs Ospreys will be shown on S4C at 8pm on Saturday.

Where can I get tickets?

Tickets are priced from £10-25. They can be bought online here and will be on sale online until 10am on Saturday. After that point, tickets can be bought from the WRU ticket office on Westgate Street in Cardiff, which is open from 9.30am on Saturday.

Are there road closures?

Yes. There will be a full city centre road closure in Cardiff between 1-8pm.

But from early in the day, Scott Road and Park Street will be closed  to prepare gate five of the stadium.

The roads included in the full city centre road closure:

  • Kingsway (from its junction with North Rd to its junction with Duke St)
  • Cowbridge Road East (from its junction with Cathedral Rd to its junction with Westgate St)
  • Tudor St (from its junction with Clare Rd to its junction with Wood St). Access for residents and traders will be permitted via Fitzhammon Embankment)
  • Plantagenet St and Beauchamp St (from their junctions with Despenser Place to their junctions with Tudor St). Access for residents & traders will be permitted
  • Customhouse Street (access to private car parks will be permitted)

The following roads will be closed in their entirety

Duke St, Castle St, High St, St Mary St, Caroline St, Wood St, Central Sq, Westgate St, Quay St, Guildhall Pl, Golate, Park St, Havelock St and Scott Rd.

Despencer St from its junction with Clare St, throughout its length, Fitzhammon Embankment throughout its length, with access for buses and residents being maintained.

In addition, access to part of the Civic Centre will be controlled throughout the day, with access allowed only for rugby parking, limited commuter parking, loading and access to private car parks. Roads affected will include King Edward VII Avenue, Museum Avenue, City Hall Road, College Road & Gorsedd Gardens Road.
