The divorce process between actor Scott Wolf and his soon-to-be ex-wife, Kelley Wolf, has taken a major and difficult turn. New court papers show that a judge has given Scott Wolf temporary full physical and legal custody of their three kids. This decision comes along with a temporary restraining order against Kelley Wolf, showing deep worries about her recent actions.
Judge Richard Mrazik, who is handling the case, expressed serious concerns about Kelley Wolf’s behavior. In his order, he said she has been involved in a pattern of actions that are getting worse and that this behavior creates a real and immediate danger of serious harm to their young children. This judgment was the main reason for giving temporary custody to Scott Wolf and putting the restraining order in place. The judge made it clear that these steps were needed to protect the kids while the divorce moved forward.
Going into more detail about his decision, Judge Mrazik specifically mentioned that Kelley Wolf had threatened to take the kids out of the country. This was a major red flag that made the court step in right away. Along with these threats, the judge also pointed to other recent behavior from Kelley Wolf that was so concerning it led to her being held by police. The judge said Kelley “has been engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the party’s minor children.”

After being detained, she was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold, which played a big part in the court’s decision about the danger she might pose. Because of these findings and the risks involved, Judge Mrazik also temporarily stopped Kelley Wolf’s visitation rights and any contact with her kids.
