Judge Rinder leaves fans gobsmacked as he shows off amazing body transformation

TV's Judge Rob Rinder has left fans and fellow celebrities gobsmacked after flaunting his amazing recent body transformation. The Good Morning Britain presenter, 44, took to Twitter on Friday to post a snap of him flexing his muscles while at the gym.

He shared the image after recently returning from a one-week juice cleanse in Portugal, along with pals Carol Vorderman and Alison Hammond. Alongside the photo, the host posted the caption: "A week of juicing & 70km⁦.. Now to making it last..!"

He went on to add a quote by Napoleon Hill, which read: "The body achieves what the mind believes" alongside pictures of him lifting weights and showing off his toned body.

Others also posted compliments at his transformation, with one user adding: "Well that's fantastic... well done you" and another tweeting: "Well done. You look amazing. I need some (a lot, actually) of your determination and motivation."

Carol Vorderman, Alison Hammond and Denise Welch also joined Rob at the retreat, known as Juicy Oasis, which is a week-long retreat, set in the valleys of gorgeous mountains with stunning views.

It’s famed for its impressive alumni of celebrities who have lost weight over the years, with a stay setting participants back anything from £1,550 to £5,000.
