Jude Law to voice Dumbledore in new The Tales of Beedle the Bard audiobook

Harry Potter fans are likely to lose it over the latest Wizarding World announcement.

The book Ron Wesley's mum used to read to her children is about to come to life.

Jude Law , Warwick Davis and Bonnie Wright are among the stars lending their voices to the new audio recording of JK Rowling 's The Tales Of Beedle The Bard.

The collection of stories, which are mentioned within the Harry Potter books and described as being "translated from the original runes by Hermione Granger", includes The Tale Of The Three Brothers, which played a crucial role in the plot of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows.

Ron famously told Hermione in the film: "Mum used to read those to me as a kid!

"The Wizard and the Hopping Pot", Babbity Rabbity And Her Cackling Stump."

As Harry and Hermione both look lost, Ron exclaims: "Come on! Babitty Rabbity... No?"

The wizarding tales in the audiobook will also be accompanied by explanatory notes from Hogwarts headmaster Professor Albus Dumbledore.

The notes will be read by Law, who plays a young Dumbledore in the Fantastic Beasts film series, while Davis, who played Professor Filius Flitwick in the Harry Potter films, will read the story The Wizard And The Hopping Pot.

Noma Dumezweni, who played Hermione Granger in the original West End and Broadway runs of play Harry Potter And The Cursed Child will read The Tale Of The Three Brothers and Jason Isaacs , who played Lucius Malfoy in the Potter films, will read The Warlock's Hairy Heart.

It was then published in 2008 and sold in aid of Rowling's children's charity Lumos.

The stories will be available as an audiobook for the first time on Audible, also in aid of Lumos, from March 31.

Diana Dapito, a spokeswoman for Audible, said: "We are delighted to bring fan-favourite performers from across the Wizarding World together for this unforgettable listening experience."
