Jude Law 'becomes a dad for seventh time' as star and wife spotted with newborn

Jude Law has reportedly become a dad-of-seven, as the actor and his wife are believed to have welcomed a second child into the world together.

The Talented Mr. Ripley star, 50, and wife Phillipa Coan, 35, are already parents to a two-year-old child but have now sparked speculation they have added to their brood.

Spotted at Heathrow Airport in London, the happy couple could be seen pushing a newborn baby in a pram as they made their way across the terminal.

Jude is officially a dad to six kids already - sharing his three eldest with ex-wife Sadie Frost and two younger children with two different women from previous romances after the end of his first marriage.

In pictures obtained by The Sun, another woman could be seen pushing an additional buggy with Jude and Phillipa's eldest child as they walked through the airport.

The Mirror has approached representatives for Jude regarding this story.

Jude and Phillipa tied the knot in 2019 and went on to become parents together for the first time the following year - with Phillipa's pregnancy revealed in May 2020.

The Holiday actor also shares Rafferty, 25, Iris, 20, Rudy, 19, with ex-wife Sadie, daughter Sophia Law with American model Samantha Burke and a daughter named Ada who was born in March 2015 with singer-songwriter Catherine Harding.

Catherine has previously praised Jude's parenting skills, saying: "I remember last week he came over and he had to change her on the park bench. He cleaned her all up."

She added to the Mirror that Jude is "really funny and sweet," and a "great dad."

The Hollywood star is relatively restrained when it comes to discussing his family publicly but made an exception when discussing the birth of his sixth child with Jimmy Fallon in December 2020.

As Jude appeared on The Tonight Show, Jimmy quizzed the British star about what he had been up to while the world was in lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

"I've been gardening. Oh! And on top of that I had a baby. So there you go," Jude casually revealed on the American TV show.

Jimmy replied: "Buried the lede, buried the lede on that one. Congrats, dad! That's awesome."

Jude went on to gush "it's really wonderful" and shared that he and his wife felt "blessed that they could just nest as a family".

Before revealing he had become a parent for the sixth time, Jude admitted he was open to the idea of having more children.

"I love it, so absolutely why not? I’m very lucky to be involved with someone I’m madly in love with..." Jude gushed in an interview.

"The idea of having more children would be just wonderful. I’m fortunate to be with someone where I’m having more fun than I’ve ever had in my life.

"We have an incredibly stable and healthy, wonderful family existence and that involves my kids who are young adults... and then the younger ones are just so much joy and so much fun."
