Liverpool fans have begged Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham to make a sensational switch to Anfield after the youngster showed his appreciation to club legend Steven Gerrard on Twitter.
Bellingham was one of Europe's most coveted players after breaking into the Birmingham first-team aged only 16, attracting interest from a host of Premier League clubs last summer.
Manchester United were desperate to land the youngster linked with a move to Liverpool but it was Dortmund who won the race for his signature, paying an initial fee of £25million.
Since moving to the Bundesliga, Bellingham has gone from strength to strength, winning the DFB-Pokal in first season with the club and set to be named in England's Euro 2020 squad.
Speculation over his long-term future continues with many believing a switch to a Premier League side will be his next move.
And Liverpool fans have urged the youngster to head for Anfield after the midfielder quoted tweeted a compilation of Steven Gerrard's best moments while captaining his boyhood side.
Bellingham has already been labelled the next Gerrard by his current Dortmund team-mate Erling Haaland.
After netting his first goal for Dortmund, Haaland wrote on Instagram to Bellingham: "The new Stevie G."
