Colombian striker Juan Alegria has signed for Rangers.
The 19-year-old has joined from Finnish side FC Honka on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Alegria has followed the same career arc as countryman Alfredo Morelos, who arrived at Ibrox from HJK Helsinki in 2017 having joined the Finland club from his native Colombia.
Record Sport exclusively revealed back in January that Steven Gerrard and the Ibrox backroom team were tracking Alegria.
However, Britain’s exit from the European Union and resultant changes in the transfer window made it difficult.
Now all remaining hurdles have been cleared with a medical passed and Alegria has committed his future to the Premiership champions until at least 2024.

The teenager will begin life in Glasgow turning out for the Rangers B team in the Lowland League and SPFL Trust Trophy with a view to developing into a first team player.
A deal had been secured for some time now but there was a significant hold-up to secure a work permit.
