Scots TV journalist Andrew Marr today revealed he caught covid-19 despite having been double jabbed.
He suggested on his BBC show this morning he may have contracted the infection while covering the G7 summit in Cornwall earlier this month.
During an interview with Professor Sir Peter Horby, the chairman of virus advisory group Nervtag, Marr said: 'I hope it is not self indulgent Sir Peter to ask you about me, because I got coronavirus last week.
'I’d been double jabbed earlier in the spring and felt, if not king of the world, at least almost entirely immune. And yet I got it, was I just unlucky?'
Sir Peter replied: "I think you were."
