Josip Juranovic has agreed personal terms with Celtic, according to a report.
The Legia Warsaw right-back is closing in on a move to Parkhead after the two clubs settled on a £2.5million fee.
And Juranovic could now undergo a medical this weekend before becoming the latest piece in Ange Postecoglou's rebuild.
UEFA.com reporter Piotr Koźmiński states the deal is done to take the 26-year-old Croatia international to the Scottish Premiership.
On Tuesday, Postecoglou was asked directly about Juranovic and said right back was a priority area despite the impressive form of Anthony Ralston.
Speaking ahead of Wednesday night's Europa League play-off against AZ Alkmaar, manager said: “He (Juranovic) would be one of a number of right full-backs we would have been linked with over the period I have been here.
"It's obviously an area where we definitely need some cover. At the moment Anthony Ralston is doing an outstanding job and I think there's more in him to improve - but he can't play every game.
"It's definitely an area we need to strengthen and it's an area we're targeting. But to nail it down to one person - that's now how we're working.
"We're working on multiple targets in each position because the way the market is at the moment there's just no guarantee of getting anything over the line.
"That's probably why we've been linked with so many people. In terms of deals done - nothing is done yet.”
