Josie Gibson nearly fell into a icy lake during a hilarious blunder on today's This Morning.
The Big Brother winner was up Monte Bianco in the Italian town of Courmayeur to give details of the show's competition.
Josie was pulling herself and an Italian musician across the freezing water with a rope and got into trouble when she tried to step onto the jetty.
"Now here's all the details while I just try and get off this," said the reality TV star as he legs split further apart.
She lost her footing on the slippery wood panels and cried out: "Seriously guys, guys!"
A This Morning team member then ran in front of the camera as he came to Josie's rescue and pulled her back towards dry land.
Mortified Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby put their hands to their faces in shock before bursting out laughing.
The presenters apologised if viewers heard swearing during the hilarious live gaffe.
"If she swore then we apologise," said Phil, before quickly adding: "But who wouldn’t?"
He then joked that viewers were still waiting on the details of the competition, which had a prize of £70,000 tax-free cash and a new BMW car.
After regaining her composure, apologetic Josie said: "I’m sorry. I didn't swear did I?"
"I’m sorry about that guys. They keep putting me on all these aventures. It's giving me grey hair. You need to enter now."
The presenters were impressed with how dedicated to the job Josie was.
Phillip added: "We’re checking to see if she is okay and she’s doing that sell."
This Morning viewers were falling off their sofas laughing at the amazing moment.
