Josie Cunningham is currently four months pregnant with her sixth child.
The 32-year-old model shared the exciting news on Instagram, admitting she found out after being rushed to hospital due to "vomiting and fainting".
The controversial Leeds-born star rose to fame back in 2009 when she boasted about getting a £5,000 boob job on the NHS for free.
She is now expecting a baby girl.
Posting the happy news on her social media, Josie penned: "So it's come as a bit of a shock guys but I was recently admitted to hospital with vomiting and fainting and discovered I'm 4 months pregnant with a little princess."
She added: "Shocked isn't the word but I'm chuffed! X"
The star also shared a snap of her ultrasound.
In the comments section, Josie was hit with praise from fans.

Another shared: "Omg congratulations xx. Aww another little princess."

Josie already has five kids by five dads, which she recently said is "the perfect family set-up".
Her brood includes Harley, Frankie, Grace, Dolly-Blu and Destiny.
It comes after Josie admitted she had a sexual relationship with her stepson in March 2020, despite giving birth to his father's baby in October 2019.
It's believed this was her last known relationship.
At the time, she told The Mirror: "I'm not proud of sleeping with my step-son, but he is hot.
"Blood may be thicker than water, but semen is thicker than blood."
Josie's lover - whose identity remains unknown - is not the biological son of her ex-fiance, but he was raised by him and refers to him as dad.
She added: "Yes, in essence I've had sex with my baby's half-brother, but I'm not blood related to him so I don't really care what people think."
Previously, Josie was dubbed the "most hated woman in Britain" when she had a £4,800 breast enlargement surgery on the NHS.
