Joshua Zirkzee boost, Felipe Anderson 'offered' and other Everton transfer rumours rated

The January transfer window is well underway, but few clubs have made moves in the market up to now.

That is likely to be for a variety of reasons, with the financial impact of the Covid-19 pandemic among them.

There is also the fact that the previous transfer window only closed in October, much later than it ordinarily would in the summer.

But there are still plenty of rumours flying around about potential arrivals and departures should Carlo Ancelotti make a move to reshape his squad this month.

These are your latest Everton transfer rumours rated with around a fortnight to go until the transfer deadline.

West Ham star offered

Who?

Attacking midfielder Felipe Anderson.

What?

According to reports, Everton have been offered the creative player, who is available on loan.

Anderson got one goal and four assists for West Ham last season and was shipped out on loan to FC Porto ahead of this campaign.

But he has not settled well and has supposedly fallen out with manager Sergio Conceicao.

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano tweeted: "Felipe Anderson has been offered [to Everton] but he’s not a priority at the moment."

Anderson could add depth in the Everton attack but his form has been patchy.

However, if he isn't good enough for West Ham and Porto, he's not going to be good enough to bring to Goodison Park.

Zirkzee boost

Who?

Bayern Munich's 19-year-old attacker, Joshua Zirkzee.

What?

Eintracht Frankfurt were believed to be leading the race for the exciting prospect, but they have now signed Luka Jovic from Real Madrid to boost their attack instead.

Serie A side Parma are also said to be keen on a loan deal but Everton would surely have the upper hand in that race should they opt to get a deal done.

TalkSport reported yesterday that a deal was 'close' for Zirkzee to come to Merseyside, initially on loan with a 'view to' a permanent transfer in the summer.

Duo in demand

Who?

Moise Kean and Bernard.

What?

Juventus and PSG are reportedly set to battle it out to sign Kean this summer, according to reports relayed by FanSided.

Kean has been impressing on loan in Paris and could excel under new boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Kean has netted nine goals in 13 Ligue 1 appearances so far this season.

Elsewhere, according to Calciomercato, Bernard’s agent will be flying to England and meet Everton chiefs to discuss the future of the winger.

AS Roma are thought to be keen on signing the Brazilian.

The 28-year-old has just clocked 544 minutes of football this season and would link back up with former manager Paulo Fonseca should he move to the Italian side.
