Kyle Austin of MLive revealed that Langford will not pursue a redshirt despite his recent foot injury. Per Tom Izzo himself, Joshua Langford is out indefinitely with a foot injury. The injury is in the same foot as his previous surgery. This means this year is officially his last, even if he does not play.
This injury news is absolutely crushing. Especially considering Langford would likely take on a majority of the Forward minutes. Not to mention he is a high-character athlete with a promising future. I hope he finds success, no matter what his next venture entails.
