Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman made a big splash recently for his actions in Spain, where he took part in the Running of the Bulls and was caught on social media leaping over a bull.
Norman recently sat down with Rich Eisen and talked about the experience:
“Because it something that I feel like I’m doing, it’s bringing peace and joy to me, and I’m excited. I weighed the risk of course…for me it’s that thrill, the excitement that I get and then you look on the people’s faces in a celebratory moment.”
It’s an interesting look into the mind of one of the game’s best corners, who clearly wasn’t too worried about the possible football ramifications of the trip.
Whether the Redskins really care about the situation is hard to say, though arugeents for and against make sense.
Either way, Norman’s bucket-list item is complete and he’s headed to camp with the rest of his teammates soon.
