Josh Norman donates to Texas migrant shelter

Washington Redskins fans know cornerback Josh Norman is incredibly active in off-the-field work during the NFL’s offseason.

Norman’s latest good deed comes in the form of an $18,000 donation to the Catholic Charities RGV Humanitarian Respite Center in McAllen, Texas during a visit there.

Executive director, Norma Seni Pimentel shared the moment:

This is far from Norman’s only charitable work this offseason. In this area, in particular, Norman and New Orleans Saints linebacker Demario Davis visited detention centers in Rio Grande a year ago and helped provide supplies to immigrant families.

Norman’s charitable work this offseason is extensive and he’s talked about it in interviews worth a read.
