Josh Norman didn’t seem to be a fan of the Antonio Brown idea

Once the Oakland Raiders released Antonio Brown on Saturday, it was only natural for the Washington Redskins to come up in casual conversation about the possibility of adding him.

Brown will reportedly wind up with the New England Patriots of course — but the Redskins were arguably as predictable.

When asked about it on social media though, Redskins corner Josh Norman kept his thoughts on the matter pretty simple:

Fair enough, though the Redskins made plenty of sense given the issues at wideout. Things look promising with Terry McLaurin but he still hasn’t even played a game.

Adding a superstar like Brown would have helped, to say the least. The Redskins, deserved or not lately, still have a reputation as a team that takes these sorts of risks.

Either way, Norman clearly wound up correct on this one.
