The Welsh rugby team has a new song to carry them through to the Rugby World Cup semi-final and it's written by Wales international, Josh Navidi' s brother.
Sam Navidi, started making up the lyrics on the Wales team's family bus after the France clash last weekend to the tune of his favourite song, Bootylicious by Destiny's Child.
His cover called Cymrulicious name-checks the likes of Welsh legends like Dan Biggar , Leigh Halfpenny and Jonathan Davies.
The 30-year-old loves the 2001 hit so much he sings it when he's gearing up for a night out with his friends and this time, he had a bus-full of willing singers.

Speaking from his hotel room in Tokyo, Sam said: " I'll always sing 'Kelly can you handle this...' getting us ready and I put people names in who are there. So then I put France into that line and then England and then South Africa. I was writing it down everyone was chipping in. We had so much fun!
"On the way up from Beppu I was sat on my suitcase in the aisle of the train, finishing off the second verse.
"And I had a C in English as well so my teacher will be quite proud!"
But it was last night - Thursday - that the song made its debut in a tiny Tokyo karaoke bar with a group of Welsh family and friends going nuts on the mic.
Sam added, his voice hoarse from singing: "Last night I thought 'I need to go out', so set up a WhatsApp group with the girls and boys, and we did.
"We ended up finding this tiny place, about 40 people in there and it was rammed. Karaoke is massive over here and the girls were like 'you HAVE to put that song on.'
"So I sent the words to all the girls in the WhatsApp group and got the song on."
Amongst the singing party were Gabby Gatland - Warren's daughter, Georgia Davies - Josh Adam's girlfriend, Rhys Patchell's girlfriend Helen and Sophie Harries, Liam Williams' partner.
Asked what his brother, Josh , thought of the song, Sam said the injured number eight was into the tune, but remarked that one person, the Welsh captain, Alun Wyn Jones, wasn't in the lyrics.
Hairdresser Sam added: "I told him it was hard to get it all to rhyme!"

And on his brother's early exit from the Rugby World Cup due to an injured hamstring, a proud and supportive Sam told us: " You know what, as a sports person you want to achieve and play for Wales. I said to him, he's gone beyond that, he's playing in the World Cup, he's the cream of the crop.
"He's alright now, obviously he was gutted.
"And he's enjoying out here, chatting and meeting to people out here now."
After cutting some of the team's hair, Sam is confident that the boys and all their support are acting as one team.
He added: "The atmosphere is amazing. It's nice to meet the family members and friends you haven't met before. Trudy Gatland has done an amazing job of getting everyone together.
"It's just one team."
