Josh Kroenke was in attendance at the Arsenal fan's forum which took place on Friday afternoon, football.london understands.
The Gunners called their supporters groups around the world together for a virtual meeting to "discuss the club's plans for future fan engagement."
It comes after thousands of Arsenal fans gathered outside the Emirates Stadium to protest against the club's American ownership ahead of their 1-0 defeat against Everton last month.
The demonstration was in response to KSE's decision to sign up to the European Super League without any prior consultation of the coaching staff, players or fans - only to withdraw the club from the competition 48 hours later.
After attending a fans forum in the immediate aftermath of the Super League fiasco, Josh Kroenke promised to attend more of the events.
football.london now understands that the American businessman, who is the son of the Gunners' overall owner Stan Kroenke, committed to attend at least one of the forums per year as part of his attempt to win back the support of fans.
This is unlikely to be enough for many supporters, though, who are expected to protest KSE's ownership once again when they return to the Emirates for the first time since December in Arsenal's game against Brighton on Sunday.
In recent weeks, their ownership has come under intense scrutiny with Swedish billionaire Daniel Ek having made an attempt to purchase it from them.
"Inaccurate reports emerged today saying I have not made a bid for Arsenal Football Club," said the Spotify co-founder on Twitter earlier this month.
"I think it's important to correct the record - this week an offer was made to both Josh Kroenke and their bankers that included fan ownership, representation at board and a golden share for the supporter.
"They replied that they don’t need the money.
"I remain interested should that situation ever change."
Earlier this week Dennis Bergkamp - who Ek consulted on his attempts to buy the club along with fellow legends Thierry Henry and Patrick Vieira - revealed the Spotify co-founder had made not one, but two attempts to take over Arsenal from the Kroenke's, only to have his efforts knocked back.
