Josh Hart has gained the reputation as one of the more outspoken and funny personalities both with the Pelicans and around the league. Infamous for his consistent failure to have teammates high five him while in Los Angeles, Hart has a knack for joking with teammates and being on the receiving end as well. Lonzo Ball once compared his daughter Zoey’s shooting form to that of Hart’s.
A typical trip to his Twitter will direct fans to his Twitch stream or showcase his constant jokes with teammates. As was the case on Wednesday when Hart, for no apparent reason, took a shot at JJ Redick, talking about how much he hated Redick while he was in college.

Redick responded on Twitter, embracing the role as the villain that he has become comfortable acknowledging in recent years.

On Instagram, Redick also called out his teammate for ‘throwing shade’ at him.
Both have taken the joking in stride, but as Hart said, he was simply saying what so many people thought.
