Josh Gordon exits Patriots’ Week 6 game vs. Giants with injury

New England Patriots WR Josh Gordon exited Week 6 action after appearing to sustain a leg injury during the team’s game against the New York Giants at Gillette Stadium. The Patriots ruled him questionable to return.

Gordon sustained the injury while making a tackle on defensive end Markus Golden, who scooped and scored a Tom Brady fumble. Gordon did his best to keep Golden out of the end zone, but couldn’t stop him. In the process of trying to tackle Golden, Gordon’s leg got caught under another Patriots player.

The receiver laid the turf for a moment and received medical attention before walking to the sideline and heading into the blue medical tent. He then exited the tent and rode the stationary bike one the sideline.
