Cut-out fishtail hem silk maxidress from Topshop

For all the Wang and Margiela and Givenchy that dotted the red carpet, an unlikely number of attendees chose Topshop for Monday night’s Met Ball. Emily Ratajkowski, Hailey Baldwin, models Natasha Poly and Lily Donaldson all eschewed couture for an (albeit bespoke) dress from the high-street shop. This dress, which has a cut-out diamond-shaped back and a train, and was worn by the polymathic wife of producer Mark Ronson, is currently available online. Needless to say, it is dry-clean only.
