Joseph Yesufu’s ridiculous poster dunk could be the dunk of the men’s NCAA tournament

We’re only two games into March Madness, but we might have just witnessed the dunk of the NCAA tournament.

Late in the first half of Thursday night’s “First Four” game between Drake and Wichita State, Drake’s Joseph Yesufu changed the momentum of the first half with a poster dunk over Wichita State’s Clarence Jackson, who quite literally never had a chance.

With Drake struggling to score in the first half, Yesufu’s dunk set off a 5-0 scoring run in the final two minutes that got the Bulldogs to within one point, where Wichita State led 21-20 at halftime.

Drake overcame a second-half deficit and held off a late rally to defeat Wichita State 53-52 and advance to the first round of the men’s NCAA tournament, where they’ll face No. 6 USC.

And with that absolutely ridiculous dunk, Yesufu most definitely earned himself a spot in “One Shining Moment” at tournament’s end.

And, as you can imagine, people are absolutely freaking out over Yesufu’s poster dunk.

It’s good to have March Madness back.
