Joseph Watson missing: Police 'increasingly concerned' for man last seen in Pollok

Police have said they are 'increasingly concerned' for a man who has been reported missing since yesterday afternoon.

Officers are appealing for the help of the public to trace 61-year-old Joseph Watson.

Joseph was last seen around 1.40pm on Thursday, 24 June near to Barrhead Road, Pollok, Glasgow.

He is described as 5ft 7ins, with grey hair and of slim build.

When last seen he was wearing a dark blue coloured hooded zip up jacket, light coloured trousers and white trainers.

If you or someone you know has seen Joseph, call 1010 quoting incident number 1641.


Inspector Gary Montgomerie said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned about Joseph’s welfare and I would ask anyone who has seen him or knows where he is to get in touch.

“If you can help please call us on 101, quoting incident number 1641 of Thursday, 24 June, 2021.”
