England are in friendly action tonight when they welcome Wales to Wembley Stadium.
Tottenham Hotspur fans will be keeping a keen eye on their players on international duty over the next week, hoping they come back unscathed ahead of their next Premier League game against West Ham United.
There is already a worry on Sergio Reguilon after the full-back was withdrawn at half-time of Spain’s clash with Portugal. Luis Enrique has since admitted he will require further checks.
Spurs will be watching with interest, then, as star man Harry Kane could line up against Wales at Wembley tonight.
However, Sky Sports are reporting that Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin is set to get his Three Lions debut after hitting nine goals in all competitions already this season.
That could well mean Kane dropping to the bench ahead of Nations League fixtures with Belgium and Denmark.
Tottenham fans were quick to react to reports Calvert-Lewin is set to get the nod, and were delighted at the prospect of Kane being rested.
@devonshadbolt1: Good. Keep Kane away form the starting 11.
@XavNoodlebrain: Get in, Kane gets some rest.
@Amontyspurs: Hopefully Kane will be no where near the 3 games give him a rest.
@EgadenneTHFC: Kane getting a rest. Jose wins again.
@Macaully_Moffat: Kane rested PLEASE.
@lukenev13: Good.....
@haztalks: Definitely, he's getting a well deserved rest after the congested schedule Spurs have had. Besides, DCL has also been performing well and I'm happy he's also getting his chance for the NT.
@maxspurslord1: Kane rested then.
@JoeGTHFC: Beg this means Kane will actually get to rest.
