Jose Mourinho is reportedly set ‘to offer’ Chelsea's Tammy Abraham a transfer lifeline, after the club agreed a deal to sign Inter’s Romelu Lukaku.
The Roma boss is eyeing up potential replacements after his own star forward, Edin Dzeko, is set to join Inter, as reported by sources in Italy.
The Blues are close to sealing a club-record fee of £97.5million for Belgian striker Lukaku.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Mourinho has two main transfer targets, one of which is Chelsea outcast Abraham.
The 23-year-old has endured very little game time under Thomas Tuchel and may look for a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer.

Dzeko could move to Inter on a two-year deal worth €6million per season, for a fee of just €2million, leaving Roma with Borja Mayoral as their only forward option.
Abraham is also rumoured to be a target for Atalanta, who could be in the market for a striker themselves following Inter’s rumoured interest in Colombian striker Duvan Zapata.
Zapata, who scored 15 times in Serie A last season, could join Inter in a move worth €40million.
The 30-year-old has scored 56 Serie A goals over the past three seasons and could be the ideal replacement to fill the void left by Lukaku, who himself has scored bags of goals in Italy.
It is believed that Arsenal are also keen on Abraham, should the striker wish to remain in the Premier League.
West Ham have also been in pursuit of the forward over the summer, but it appears Abraham would favour a move to Arsenal, rather than the Hammers.

Abraham joined Chelsea at under-eight level and progressed through the club’s youth academy, before making his Premier League debut in 2016 in a 1-1 draw against Liverpool.
The 23-year-old has had a number of loan spells away from west London at the likes of Bristol City, Swansea and Aston Villa in order to gain first team experience.
His loan move at Villa was the most impressive, with Abraham scoring 25 Championship goals in 37 appearances during the 2018-19 campaign.
The Chelsea striker scored just six Premier League goals last season, compared to the 15 he managed when he broke into the Blues first team in the 2019-20 season.
The forward has also been capped six times by England, scoring one goal during a 7-0 Euro 2020 qualifying win over Montenegro in 2019.
Another option for Mourinho is Swedish forward Alexander Isak, who currently plays his football in Spain with Real Sociedad.

The 21-year-old netted 17 times in La Liga for Real Sociedad during the previous campaign, and the forward has scored six goals in 26 caps for Sweden.
The Swedish international featured in every one of his countries games at Euro 2020 but was unable to register a goal at the tournament.
Isak joined Real Sociedad from German giants Borussia Dortmund in 2019 for €15million.
The forward only recently signed a new deal which would keep him at Real Sociedad until 2026.
