Jose Mourinho has seemingly took a swipe at Gary Neville and Paul Scholes over their managerial careers.
Former Manchester United midfielder Scholes lasted just 31 days with Oldham this season while Neville struggled during his stint at Valencia.
Neville has gone on to forge a career as one of the leading pundits in English football on Sky Sports while Scholes is a regular on BT Sport.
Mourinho has suggested the criticism he faced during his time at Old Trafford is unfair and believes that is highlighted by the struggles of the former United stars.
“There is one part of it [management] that people sometimes forget, even some top pundits, they forget it, which is you have to be born with some talent adapted,” Mourinho told RT.

"We have even in England, former top players, amazing in front of the screen, they go to football clubs, and after two months, goodbye, let’s go home because this is not right for us.
“One thing is us, in front of a screen analyzing a game live, and saying, ‘now I would take this one, and I would put that one.'
“So there are things you have it, or you don’t have it,
“It’s the only job where the people know more than the specialists, and thank god it’s like that, because that’s why football is what it is."
Mourinho is yet to return to management following his sacking by United in December.
He has been linked with a host of clubs since then in England, France and Germany and he has previously suggested he will return for the start of next season.
