Jose Mourinho was the self-proclaimed Special One.
And he is certainly living off that title.
Mourinho has been responsible for some of the best soundbites in England since his arrival in this country in 2004.
He is off the managerial circuit currently, working as a pundit for a number of broadcasters in the past few months.
And now he has been named as an ambassador for Paddy Power Games.
Paddy Power Games have a new television advert starring the Special One, and while it is certianly more than a little cringeworthy, there are a few nods to his time in England.
Mourinho was sacked by Manchester United in December 2018 and the advert starts off with him saying: "It's not easy being special, let me explain."
He goes on to talk about his achievements and there is a nod to finishing second with Manchester United, when City claimed the title with a 100-point haul, something Mourinho described as one of his biggest achievements.
And while he pokes fun at that record, he also pokes fun at his old friend Arsene Wenger, with whom he had several run-ins.
The advert has him acting as if he is at home, cutting the figure of a hand into three fingers, a nod to when he demanded respect from the British media after a defeat to Tottenham for the three Premier League titles he has won.
It is when Mourinho is donning a suit that he pokes fun at Wenger.
Mourinho says in the advert: "Special is effortless," before the camera focuses on a bookshelf as he walks past, in which is seen a book entitled 'Le Specialiste En Failure.
Mourinho once described Wenger as a "specialist in failure" as his time at Arsenal was coming to an end.
The advert will no doubt cause a great deal of hilarity around the game,
