Jose Mourinho or Unai Emery: Would Arsenal fans rather stick or twist with former Chelsea and Man Utd manager?

Arsenal boss Unai Emery skirted around questions about his future after their latest disappointing result at home to Wolves on Saturday.

The Gunners have won just two of their last nine Premier League games and let a lead slip for the third time in a week as Raul Jimenez's header cancelled out Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's 50th Arsenal goal to secure a 1-1 draw.

Their form has prompted speculation that Emery could be replaced, with The Times claiming Arsenal head of football Raul Sanllehi dined with former Manchester United and Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho just last week.

Asked after the game if he felt his position was under threat, Emery replied: "I am very demanding of myself.

"I feel every time my responsibility to work and to come back from the result with the next matches.

"I am frustrated with the result and also because we lost two very good opportunities at home against two teams who we didn't win against last season either. But I think the players tried and worked (hard)."

The hosts were timid in attack on Saturday and once again failed to keep a clean sheet as Jimenez rose to head in an equaliser with 14 minutes remaining to earn Wolves a deserved share of the spoils.

But is it time to act, and would Mourinho be a suitable replacement? The Portuguese is a divisive figure, and many are wondering whether hiring the two-times Champions League winner would fly in the face of Arsenal's values. The trade-off - or so the argument goes - is trophies, though no manager can bring with them the promise of silverware.
